Automation

Process
Automation

We automate repetitive work with the right tool for the job: Power Automate, n8n, UiPath or custom Python background workers, including WhatsApp assistants that use language models, with monitoring so your automations keep running.

What we do

Less manual work.
More moving forward.

  1. Workflow automation

  2. Robotic process automation (RPA)

  3. Python background workers

  4. WhatsApp & LLM automation

  5. System integrations & APIs

The right tool for
each job.

There is no single best automation platform. We choose by what the process needs, who will maintain it and what it costs to run, and we are honest about the trade-offs.

Power Automate

Best for
Workflows around Microsoft 365, approvals, notifications and forms, built by people close to the business.
Watch for
Licensing, and complex logic or large data volumes that outgrow low-code flows.

n8n

Best for
Connecting APIs and services quickly, event-driven workflows and AI-assisted automations, with the option to self-host.
Watch for
If self-hosted, you own hosting, updates and monitoring.

UiPath

Best for
Automating applications that have no API, legacy systems and repetitive screen-based work, with attended or unattended robots.
Watch for
Robots are sensitive to screen changes, so they need ongoing maintenance.

Python workers

Best for
Custom logic, heavy data processing, scheduled and queued jobs, and long-running tasks the platforms handle awkwardly.
Watch for
It is code, so it needs tests, deployment and monitoring.

Work that runs
while you sleep.

Some automation should not depend on someone clicking a button. Python background workers pick up jobs from a queue or a schedule, process them reliably and report back, with retries when something fails.

  1. 01

    Trigger

A schedule, a webhook, a new file or a message

  2. 02

    Queue

Jobs wait in line, so nothing is lost under load

  3. 03

    Python worker

Runs your logic, retries on failure, scales out

  4. 04

    Result

System updated, record written, person notified

Always on: logging · alerts · retries · failed jobs held for review

Reliable

Safe to retry

Jobs are written so that running one twice does no harm, and failures retry automatically before they are held for a person to review.

Visible

Logged and monitored

Every job leaves a trail, and failures raise an alert instead of disappearing.

Maintainable

Deployed like a real service

Tested, documented and handed over, so your team can support and extend it.

For a business registration support team in Dubai, we built a Python and language-model assistant on WhatsApp Business. It reads each incoming message, ranks it by priority, marks the lead hot or cold, and collects the registration details the team needs, so advisers start with a complete picture instead of an empty chat.

  1. 01

    WhatsApp message

A customer writes to the WhatsApp Business number

  2. 02

    Python service

Receives each message and queues it safely

  3. 03

    LLM classifies

Topic, priority and hot or cold lead

  4. 04

    Collects details

Asks follow-up questions for the registration request

  5. 05

    Team hand-over

A prioritised, complete summary for the adviser

Illustrative example with invented messages. Not real customer data.

What the assistant does

  • Understands what each customer is asking, however they phrase it
  • Ranks every message by priority, so urgent requests are seen first
  • Marks leads hot or cold, so the team follows up where it counts
  • Collects the information a registration request needs, one friendly question at a time
  • Hands the team a complete summary, ready to act on

The assistant is built to support the team, not replace it. Advisers still review each summary and decide what happens next, and the Python service logs every step and raises an alert if something fails, as with any background worker we build.

Automation,
answered.

Straight answers to the questions we hear before an automation project starts.

Should we use UiPath or Power Automate?

It depends on what you are automating. Power Automate suits workflows around Microsoft 365, approvals and notifications. UiPath suits screen-based work in applications that have no API. Many organisations use both, and we help you choose per process rather than per vendor.

When is n8n the right choice?

n8n is a strong fit for connecting APIs and services quickly, event-driven workflows and AI-assisted automations, and it can be self-hosted. The trade-off is that you own hosting, updates and monitoring if you self-host it.

Can you automate WhatsApp Business conversations?

Yes. We build Python services that connect to WhatsApp Business, use a language model to classify each message by topic and priority, mark leads as hot or cold, ask follow-up questions to collect the details your team needs, and hand over a complete summary. Your team stays in control of the reply.

What are Python background workers?

A background worker is a program that runs without a user clicking a button. It picks up jobs from a queue or a schedule, processes them reliably, retries when something fails and reports the result. We write them in Python when an automation needs custom logic, heavy data processing or long-running tasks.

How do you stop automations from breaking silently?

Every automation we deliver has logging, alerts for failures, retries where they are safe, and a named owner. Documentation and a handover mean your team can support it without us.
